Wood Ranch Grill in Chino, CA, offers an exceptional dining experience that combines delicious food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere. First off, a big shoutout to Michael, our server, who truly made our visit memorable. His attentive and friendly demeanor ensured we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. The rest of the staff were equally inviting, adding to the restaurant's welcoming vibe. The highlight of the evening, however, was undoubtedly the food. The baby back ribs were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and falling off the bone. The brisket was just as impressive, with a smoky, savory taste that left us wanting more. The portions were generous, and every bite was a testament to the quality of the kitchen. The decor also deserves a mention. The restaurant's design is both stylish and cozy, with an ambiance that perfectly complements the meal. It's a great place for a casual dinner or a special night out. We left with full stomachs and happy hearts, knowing we’d found a new favorite spot. We will definitely be back for another round of those incredible ribs and brisket. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at Wood Ranch in Chino Hills, thanks to Lauren's friendly, attentive, and genuinely fantastic service! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We loved Natalie's Salad - so fresh and flavorful - and the shredded onion straws with BBQ sauce were the perfect crispy, tangy start. For our mains, we enjoyed the tender tri-tip, juicy pulled pork, and fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs, each with that signature Wood Ranch smoky BBQ taste we love. The sides didn't disappoint either: creamy mashed potatoes, rich macaroni and cheese, fresh steamed broccoli, and their warm, soft garlic rolls that are impossible to resist. Lauren checked in at just the right times and made sure our drinks stayed full, our plates were cleared promptly, and that we were enjoying everything. Her warm energy made our meal even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back for another delicious visit - thank you, Lauren, for making our dinner so wonderful!

Our waiter DK gave us the best experience for my. Birthday. He was friendly, very tentative not once did our drinks go empty. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and his service was the best we have ever witnessed. Food was , definitely will be coming back.

Delicious food, refreshing drinks, and exceptional service made my business trip dining experience at the bar truly enjoyable. The relaxing atmosphere was exactly what I needed after a busy day. I look forward to returning when I'm next in the area. I was back in the area then stop by again this time with a co-worker both of us left happy with our food selections. I'll be back in 2 weeks to work again and plan to visit again.

Whoever served our part was on point. He was attentive, friendly and when something was wrong on our order he quickly fixed it. It made the experience so much better and I wish I knew his name so he could get a shout out. The food, on tv other hand. Wow! The ribs, rolls, salad, sides and everything else was better than expected.

Great food for a fair value! In the picture I ate half already. I got BBQ Combo - beef ribs and baby back ribs - it was a good amount of ribs and meat, and yummy! Peanut coleslaw is not my style though. I like classic more. Staff is friendly and attentive. Thank you! PS. Utensils, plates and cups are in good shape (some expensive restaurants have it really outdated - all chipped and scratched, etc).

I am very satisfied with our visit at Wood Ranch. Baby back ribs are tender, smokey and flavory. Cristian, our server was very efficient, friendly and professional. He was very attentive and gave us some suggestions when it came to side selection.
